Radio 1's Switch Live awards celebrate the very best of british talent so it's no surprise that Florence & The Machine are up for not one but two gongs this year.

First up is the 'Switch's Hottest Hit' category - 'Dog days' is up for this.

Then, in the 'Switch's Outstanding Artist' category, Florence & The Machine pop up again.

Best of all, these awards are both decided by you - the great voting public.

  • Your the best entertainer Iv ever ever seen!!!!!! By far!!! U were amazing at Reading festival and I've just heard that you may be playing at Thye Pink Toothbrush in Rayleigh Essex on the 23rd Oct..is this true or someone pulling my leg because that is my home town!!
